The dead-line for submission of abstracts, without option to oral presentation, is April 15.
Abstracts should be written in English. Only one poster per participant is allowed. The PhD students are strongly advised to show a poster in the Symposium. The Organising Committee reserves the right to reject poster proposals that do not meet a minimum standard or that are beyond the scope of this Symposium. Authors will be confirmed about their poster acceptance as soon as possible.
Posters should be on display throughout the Symposium. The size of the poster boards will be 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height) (A0 format). Sticky fixing elements will be available in the Technical Secretariat.
